Nike: React Stunt
To extend Nike’s global campaign “Running Makes the World Go Around”, we hijacked Shanghai’s iconic Metro City building and transformed it into a stunning interactive spinning globe that made runners in China feel like they were literally running on top of the world.
We custom-installed a 5-meter screen atop the giant globe, across the street celebrity athletes ran on a treadmill, and were magically projected “making the world go around” on top of the world. The quicker they ran, the faster the world spun. Runners’ names appeared massive on the globe like Su Bung Tian (China’s fastest man) to inspire the nation. In less than 2 hours over 2 million people watched the livestream. And after 2 days the total online & offline impressions totalled 104 million.
